Greensboro Project Space (GPS) is a versatile venue designed for collaboration, opportunity, and community engagement. Established by the School of Art at the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2016, GPS serves as a dynamic hub for a wide range of events. Located off-campus in downtown Greensboro, our multi-purpose art space fosters critical dialogue and interdisciplinary collaboration. With roughly half of our programs curated by students and faculty from the School of Art and the other half featuring contributions from local artists and community organizations, GPS offers a diverse and inclusive platform for creative expression. From exhibitions and workshops to community gatherings and discussions, GPS invites students, faculty, and the global community to connect, collaborate, and explore creative possibilities in a neutral and supportive environment.
